1. General Guidelines for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.
  • Change of mind is not applicable under any circumstances.
  • Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order to initiate a return request.

2. Conditions for Return

Your request will be eligible for return if:

  1. The product delivered is defective or damaged during shipment.
  2. The item you received does not match the design, details, or specifications you ordered.
  3. The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery and accompanied by appropriate evidence (photos or videos).

Note: Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear by the customer.
  • Custom-made NFC Business Cards with personalized designs that do not contain a manufacturing defect.

4. Process for Filing a Return Request

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order details and attach photographic or video evidence of the issue.
  3. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions for return or replacement.

5. Refunds and Replacements

  • Approved returns will be eligible for either a replacement of the product or a refund, depending on the situation.
  • Refunds will only be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa/JazzCash) and may take 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping costs for approved returns will be covered by e.profylio.com .

6. Shipping and Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services. However, if your product is lost during transit, we will investigate and provide a resolution.
